1. Who we are
Stobris (“we,” “us,” or “Stobris”) is a personal educational project and website available at stobris.com (“Site”). We are not a company offering services. The Site links to my educational content, including a YouTube channel and Udemy courses.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Site.
3. Educational content only
All materials on the Site are for learning and general information. They are not professional advice and don’t create any client or service relationship.
4. Third-party links (YouTube & Udemy)
The Site links to third-party platforms, including YouTube and Udemy. Their content, pricing, data practices and policies are outside our control and governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Any purchases or enrollments you make there are between you and that platform.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, code and other materials on the Site are owned by Stobris or used with permission. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute content without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to:
break laws or violate rights,
attempt to access areas or systems without authorization,
introduce malware, scrape at scale, or overload the Site,
frame the Site or imply endorsement without permission.
You may link to public pages of the Site in a way that is fair and legal and does not suggest sponsorship or approval.
7. Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies to make the Site work and may use optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control optional cookies via your browser or any consent tools provided on the Site. Embedded third-party content (for example, a YouTube player) may set its own cookies according to that provider’s policies.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
